Spribe Me Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

By registering an account on Spribe Me, accessing the platform, depositing PKR, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the player) and Spribe Me.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use Spribe Me. Continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and play on Spribe Me, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

When registering your Spribe Me account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false information — including false date of birth, false identity documents, or payment methods not belonging to you — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Spribe Me account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication details. You must:

• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify Spribe Me's support team immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Spribe Me will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

All financial transactions on Spribe Me are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Spribe Me accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. Supported methods may be updated from time to time and are listed on the Deposit and Withdrawal page.

Deposits: You may only fund your Spribe Me account using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party funding — depositing money on behalf of another person or using someone else's payment method — is not permitted. Minimum deposit amounts are published on the Deposit and Withdrawal page and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: Spribe Me will only process withdrawal requests to payment methods that are registered in the same name as your verified Spribe Me account. Before your first withdrawal, and for any withdrawal above published thresholds, you must complete identity verification (KYC). Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Spribe Me processes withdrawal requests promptly. Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash) are typically completed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer timelines depend on the receiving institution. Spribe Me is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

Spribe Me periodically offers bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered players. Each individual promotion carries its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. These Terms provide the general framework applicable to all Spribe Me promotions.

General principles that apply to all Spribe Me bonuses:

• Bonus funds and free bets are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier for each offer is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are intended for use by the account holder in genuine recreational play. Systematic wagering strategies designed purely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk — commonly called "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting" — are not permitted.

Key games including Aviator use a provably fair algorithm — the outcome of each round is cryptographically verifiable after completion using seed data published within the game interface.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including network interruptions, software errors, or hardware failures — Spribe Me reserves the right to void the affected round. Where a void is declared, all PKR stakes for that round will be returned to players' account balances. Spribe Me will not be liable for any consequential loss arising from game voids due to technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Spribe Me and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Fraud: Using stolen payment methods, fraudulent identities, or manipulated financial instruments to fund an account or withdraw funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in multi-player games (such as Poker) to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Chip dumping: Deliberately losing chips or stakes to another player to transfer funds or circumvent platform rules.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated software, scripts, or any unauthorised third-party tools to interact with Spribe Me's platform or games.
• Chargeback fraud: Filing illegitimate payment disputes or chargebacks after using deposited funds for gambling. Spribe Me will contest all fraudulent chargebacks.
• Money laundering: Using Spribe Me to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from unlawful activity. Spribe Me complies with all applicable anti-money laundering requirements.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly taking advantage of pricing errors, software bugs, or platform miscalculations. Any winnings arising from clear platform errors may be voided.
• Account sharing: Permitting any person other than yourself to access or operate your registered Spribe Me account.

Spribe Me reserves the right to suspend or close any account, temporarily or permanently, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any criminal conduct.
• At the player's own request, including voluntary self-exclusion requests.
• Where required by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Spribe Me reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where the breach involves fraud, stolen funds, or criminal conduct, any balance may be forfeited in full and the matter referred to relevant authorities.

Where an account is closed for any reason not related to a player breach (e.g., business decisions or voluntary closure), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Spribe Me is committed to responsible gaming as a genuine operating principle, not a regulatory formality. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our role in identifying and responding to that seriously.

Spribe Me offers the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum amount you can deposit per day, week, or month. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.

Updated Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notification.
